INSURANCE POLICY
LHFS will assist families with out of network benefits to receive reimbursement through their insurance company for services provided. Please call our office or your health insurance customer service for more information.
Medicaid will be accepted through our In Home Therapy Program. Please call Value Options at 1-877-652-7624 and request services through Little Hands Family Services, LLC.

Registration is required for all groups and workshops at least three business days before the start date of service. Please call 856- 228-1005 to reserve enrollment in a group or workshop. Registration and payment must be received within a week of reservation in order to reserve a space in a group or workshop. A $50.00 cancellation fee will be retained by Little Hands Family Services, LLC for all cancelled registrations. Registrations may be mailed or in person at Washington Professional Campus | 900 Route 168 Suite D-1 Turnersville, NJ 08012 , NJ 08012, or faxed at 856-228-1006.
